3 gun onceden ayirttigimiz masayi degil de baska bir masayi vermeleri haricinde memnun kaldik. Mezeleri guzel, ana yemek hamsi yedik gercekten hepimiz cok begendik. Guvecte sicak helva yemeden cikmayin. Ortam cok kalabalik oldugu icin ugultu rahatsiz edici, haftasonu pek tercih edilmemeli ya da erken gidip erken kalkmali

One of the best places I could find to have an experience of authentic Mediterranean/Turkish food. Chef Sefer’s lovingly presented dishes- be it any of the fish dishes you want to try, or the fresh fruits and cheeses, delicious looking fresh mezes, the joyful salads, or the exquisitely prepared kebabs- they are all an experience to cherish. And while there is quite a clamour Yeni Raki, the local aniseed based arak, if you haven’t got a taste for it, don’t try- it reminded me of the bitter medicines I detested as a kid. Some of the dishes that are a crowd favourite include grilled sea bass, chicken/beef kebabs (made in a clay oven that is flames and cut open on your table with a great show and effect), and my favourites- cheeses with musk melons and water melons, and the fresh garden salads. Yum!! The seating area is open to the street adjacent to it, so you will not miss any of the lively action, especially in the evening when there’s usually a buzz of activity. All in all, a great place, fun experience and a must do if you are in Istanbul.
